1. Scope
This policy explains how Altiair Group LLC handles personal information through altiairstudio.com, the Altiair Studio application, our workshop registration pages, sales funnels, checkout pages, customer communications, and community access administration. Websites and services operated by other companies, including Skool, YouTube, Stripe, and ChatGPT, have their own privacy notices. Our use of a provider does not mean that every provider receives every category of your information.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide. This may include your name, email address, telephone number when requested, billing information, workshop registrations, purchase selections, support messages, and information you provide when requesting access to our community. Please do not include payment-card numbers, passwords, government identification numbers, or sensitive personal information in support messages or community posts.
Studio accounts and creative work. We process account and profile information, authentication records, subscription status, saved projects, prompts, uploaded files and images, generated content, and support information as needed for the features you use. Some preferences and work may be stored in your browser; saved account content may be stored with our hosting, database, and file-storage providers. When you request an AI feature, the inputs needed for that request may be sent to an AI service provider, including through the Lovable AI gateway. Do not upload confidential information or another person’s data unless you have permission and an appropriate basis to do so. We do not promise that all creative work remains only on your device.
Purchase and access records. We record dated studio access and project save/load activity linked to your account, along with available IP addresses and browser information, to provide support, maintain security, and investigate payment disputes. Browser-reported actions are distinguished from server-confirmed operations. Evidence exports are restricted to authorized administrators. We maintain information about orders, amounts paid, payment status, receipts, refunds, policy acceptance where collected, communications about delivery, and account or community access that we administer. Our payment provider processes payment credentials. We receive transaction information needed to administer your purchase, rather than requiring you to email card details to us.
Technical information. Our website and service providers may collect IP addresses, browser and device information, page requests, timestamps, referring pages, cookies, and similar technical records when you interact with our pages. The exact information depends on the services and settings enabled on the page.
Community information. Information you post in a community may be visible to other members and administrators. Joining through Skool requires a Skool account and any access-verification questions displayed there. Avoid posting information you intend to keep private.
3. How we use information
We use information to authenticate accounts, operate Studio tools and AI features, save and restore projects, manage subscription access, understand service usage and campaign attribution, and register you for workshops; process and administer purchases and authorized recurring Studio subscription payments after the included six months; send receipts, access instructions, and applicable billing or renewal notices; administer subscription cancellation requests; verify eligibility for purchased benefits; review community access requests; provide customer support; maintain and secure our services; investigate suspected misuse or payment disputes; meet accounting and legal obligations; and communicate material changes affecting your purchase. This privacy notice is not authorization for recurring charges; subscription authorization is obtained through the enrollment process.
Where permitted and consistent with the choices presented when you sign up, we may also send marketing messages about our services. Purchase and registration information is not a blanket authorization for every form of marketing. Any marketing consent required by applicable law must be obtained separately.
4. Sharing information
We disclose information to service providers as needed for their functions, including application hosting, authentication, database and file storage, AI processing for requested features, website and funnel hosting, customer relationship management and email delivery through GoHighLevel, payment processing through Stripe, and community administration through Skool. YouTube processes information when you use its video player. If you choose to use ChatGPT or another external AI service, that service handles information you submit under its own terms and privacy notice.
We may disclose information to professional advisers; when reasonably necessary to comply with lawful requests or protect legal rights; to investigate fraud or security incidents; and in connection with a business reorganization or transfer, subject to applicable law and appropriate notice. We may also share information at your direction.
Advertising and Meta tracking. Our marketing pages use advertising pixels and GoHighLevel's native Meta tracking integration to measure activity associated with our advertising, including page views and initiation of checkout. Advertising technologies can disclose online identifiers and information about your interaction with our pages to an advertising platform. Depending on the enabled configuration, this may include browser or device information, page or event information, and identifiers used to associate activity with an account or advertising audience. Studio also supports Meta Pixel measurement when enabled and records campaign and click identifiers for attribution. Meta may use information received through its business tools for measurement and advertising under its own policies. See Meta's privacy information.
Advertising-related disclosures may constitute a “sale,” “sharing,” or processing for targeted advertising under some U.S. state privacy laws, even when no money is exchanged for the information. Where an applicable law grants an opt-out right, that right applies to the covered disclosures. We do not describe our advertising practices as “no sale or sharing” merely because we do not sell a customer list for cash.
5. Cookies and tracking choices
Cookies and similar technologies can support page functionality, security, preferences, and measurement. Your browser can block or delete cookies, although some functions may stop working. External video and community providers may use their own technologies when you interact with their services.
You may also manage advertising preferences and information received from other businesses through the controls provided in your Meta account. Those platform controls and browser cookie settings may not stop every disclosure from our website, including server-side event reporting. 6. Email and text-message choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the message. We may still send necessary transaction, access, security, and service messages. If we offer text messaging, the signup disclosure will describe that program, including how to opt out. Marketing text consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out of a supported text program, or contact us for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. An opt-out does not retroactively affect communications already sent.
7. Retention and security
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, considering the relationship, the nature of the information, legal and accounting obligations, dispute periods, and security needs. Information no longer needed is deleted or de-identified when appropriate, subject to backup cycles and legal preservation obligations.
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information and our operations. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please protect your account credentials and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your information; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent; or opt out of certain uses. These rights may be subject to exceptions. Contact support@altiairhq.com with your request. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and authority, and will respond within the time required by applicable law. We do not require you to send sensitive identification by ordinary email to initiate a request.
If applicable law gives you a right to appeal our response, you may request an appeal through the same contact and explain your concern. You may also have a right to complain to a relevant data protection authority. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising protected privacy rights.
9. U.S. customers and processing locations
Our current offers are marketed to customers in the United States. We and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where providers operate. Privacy protections can differ between countries. We remain responsible for obligations imposed on us by applicable law. If we expand our intended market, we will review and update the relevant notices and practices.
10. Children
Our paid business education offers are intended for adults. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information through these offers. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action. Any broader age restrictions are stated in our Terms.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as our practices change. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice or obtain consent when required by law. Material changes do not authorize uses of previously collected information that require consent without obtaining that consent.
