Account information you provide when you create an Altiair Studio account, such as your name, email address, and (optionally) a phone number.

Purchase and subscription information needed to grant and maintain access to your Studios, such as the email used at checkout, plan status, and billing period.

Usage information generated as you use the website and Studios, such as pages viewed, Studio activity, saved projects, device and browser type, approximate location derived from IP address, and IP address.

Your account information is used to authenticate you, restore your saved work, grant subscription access to the correct Studios, and provide support.

You can update your display name, phone number, and password inside your account settings at any time.

Subscriptions are processed by our third-party payment providers. We do not receive or store full card numbers.

Our payment providers share limited transaction information with us — such as the purchaser email, amount, plan, and payment status — so we can activate and maintain your access.

We use cookies and browser storage that are necessary for signing in, keeping your session active, remembering preferences, and measuring site activity.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking essential cookies may prevent you from signing in or using the Studios.

We record basic page-view analytics (page path, referrer, campaign parameters, coarse device information, and IP address) to understand how the site is used and to improve it.

We may ask customers where they heard about us. Answering is optional.

When advertising measurement is enabled, we may load the Meta Pixel to measure the performance of our advertisements.

The Pixel may record page views, interest in our offer, checkout starts, and confirmed subscriptions, and may associate them with a Meta advertising identifier.

We also record campaign parameters such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term, and click identifiers such as fbclid so we can attribute a subscription to the campaign it came from.

You can manage ad personalization in your Meta account settings and through your browser's tracking controls.

We send transactional emails related to your account, purchase, access, and support requests.

If you opt in, we may also send product updates and marketing emails. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link; transactional emails are required for your account.

We retain account, subscription, and transaction records for as long as your account is active and afterwards where needed for legal, accounting, tax, dispute-resolution, or fraud-prevention purposes.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

You may also request a copy of the information associated with your account. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

Deleting your account may end your access to purchased Studios and saved work.

We rely on third-party service providers to operate Altiair Studio, including hosting and application infrastructure, database and file storage, authentication, payment processing, email delivery and customer messaging, and advertising and analytics measurement.

These providers may process your information only to provide their services to us.

Altiair Studio is intended for adults operating a business or creative practice and is not directed to children.

We may update this Privacy Policy. When we do, we will update the effective date shown at the top of this page.
