1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Altiair Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Altiair Studio provides AI-powered creative tools and digital product generation services for digital creators. Access is provided on a subscription basis or as otherwise described at the time of purchase.
3. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Altiair Studio — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and images — are the property of Altiair Studio and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any original content you create using our tools, subject to our license to provide the service.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Altiair Studio for any unlawful purpose, to infringe on the rights of others, to distribute harmful code, or to attempt to interfere with the proper working of the service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
7. Refund & Cancellation Policy
All sales are final. Because Altiair Studio delivers digital products and online services that are immediately accessible upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Unused or partially used subscriptions
- Dissatisfaction with features, results, or outcomes
- Technical issues on the customer's end (device, browser, internet connection)
- Failure to read product descriptions, requirements, or compatibility information before purchase
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will occur. Cancelling a subscription does not entitle the customer to a refund for any portion of the current billing period.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute does not override this policy. We reserve the right to present evidence of your purchase, account activity, and access history to dispute unwarranted chargebacks. Customers found to abuse chargebacks may have their accounts terminated.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Altiair Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
